A slow with flow 45 min class that covers a whole body workout. Special focus will be given to breathing and the engagement of your core muscles. Exercises are from the BASI Pilates repertoire, covering fundamental and intermediate levels. Modifications will be introduced as required. We will work on spinal articulation, rotation and flexion, hip extensor and flexor control, shoulder and pelvic lumbar stabilization, hip dissociation, stretching and relaxation.
